THUMBS 14-12-8 S.L. is the controller of the personal data you provide by email or telephone. We use it to answer your enquiry, manage the service you request and meet applicable legal obligations. The legal basis is handling your request or contractual relationship and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

The booking button takes you to Restoo. Booking details are entered in that service, where Can Ventura remains the controller and Team Interactive, S.L. (Restoo) provides the platform as a processor. You can read the terms and specific privacy information there before booking.

Browsing and services

Cloudflare hosts the website and menu documents. It may process your IP address and technical connection data to deliver content, maintain the service and protect it from incidents and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in service security and availability.

The Google Maps virtual tour loads only if you allow external content. Google receives connection data and may use cookies according to its policy. Enabling this content is based on your consent. This website does not include analytics tools or its own contact forms.

Retention and providers

Enquiries and service data are kept for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected. Where required, they are then retained with restricted access during the limitation periods for potential legal liabilities before deletion. Your browser’s cookie preference is kept for 180 days.

Hosting, email and booking providers may access data needed to provide the service. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where a legal obligation requires it. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; their terms explain the applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You can contact info@canventura.com to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, as applicable to the processing. You can also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Necessary storage

Can Ventura saves your preference under the canventura-consent key in your browser’s localStorage: your choice, the date and the version of the information accepted. It is neither a cookie nor a tracking identifier. It is needed to remember your choice and expires after 180 days or if the services or purposes requiring your permission change.

External content: Google Maps

With your permission, the 360° tour provided by Google loads. This service receives your IP address and connection data and may use cookies for functionality, security and other purposes described in its policy, such as analytics or personalisation, depending on your Google and browser settings. Google describes NID (6 months) and __Secure-ENID (13 months), among others. Cookies actually present may vary depending on your browser and Google session.

Changing your choice

You can accept, reject or configure external content and review your choice through ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. If you withdraw permission, we unload the tour and prevent it loading again. This does not delete any cookies Google may already have stored: you can remove them in your browser settings.
